Returns & Exchanges
Our standard policy lasts 10 days. If 10 days have gone by since receiving your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. If you are not satisfied with your order for any reason, you may return it for store credit or an exchange.
Return and Exchange Restrictions
Holiday wear and formal wear have a 24-hour exchange policy, where we will only accept exchanges for the same item, but a different size. When these items are received please verify the size and fit, in-order to notify us immediately regarding any exchanges.
For exchanges, please note that if the new item is not in-stock there may be a processing delay of 5-7 days before we are able to ship the exchange.
- New, unused, unwashed and in good condition;
- Inclusive of all original hangtags, packaging, and components at the time of return or exchange; and
- Accompanied by an original receipt.
To return your product:
Request a return or exchange by emailing email@example.com within the time frames mentioned above. If the return or exchange is accepted, you will receive an RMA number. Once the RMA number is received, mail your product to:

Please do not ship returns or exchanges without an RMA number to our PO Box, as Return/Exchange merchandise will not be accepted there and will be returned to sender.
Janette Dlin Design Jewelry Collection Exchanges
Our dog necklaces are exempt from being returned. We will accept exchanges for a different size of the same design only. For larger sizes, a $10 fee for each additional 2 inches in extension will be added.
Jewelry eligible for exchange must be:
- New, unused, free of any damage, resalable and in their original condition;
- Inclusive of original jewelry box, merchandise tags still attached and components at the time of return or exchange; and
- Accompanied by an original receipt.
Final Sale Items
All custom sized clothing and Clearance items are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for return or exchange.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at sales@ janettedlindesign.com.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchange items may have an additional shipping charge and we will contact you for permission to charge for these additional charges.
We always recommend that you should use a trackable shipping service and/or purchasing shipping insurance. We are not responsible for returned packages that are lost or damaged in shipping.
Janette Dlin Design reserves the right to modify its return and exchange policy at any time.
VIP Club Policies
Photo submission to the Janette Dlin Design VIP Club signifies consent to the policies listed below. Janette Dlin Design will treat all information with confidentiality. No entrant information will be sold or given away to third parties.
Entrants must be at least 18 years of age to participate.
Entrants must submit, along with a photo of their pet, the following information:
- Pet's name
- Owner's name (for eligibility verification only)
- Item from Janette Dlin Design that your pet is wearing
Submitted photo's will become the property of Janette Dlin Design who reserves the right to use, reproduce, copy, modify, display, and otherwise exploit the image for promotional or marketing purposes. Images will not be sold or given away to third parties. Janette Dlin Design is not responsible for unauthorized copying, displaying, reproduction, or exploitation of images.
