Return and Exchange
Our standard policy lasts 10 days. If 10 days have gone by since receiving your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. If you are not satisfied with your order for any reason, you may return it for store credit only or an exchange. Your return credit will be less any shipping. All custom sized clothes, jewelry, and clearance items are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for return or exchange. Holiday, Birthday, and Formal Dresses have a 24-hour exchange policy, where we will only accept exchanges for the same item, but a different size.
Returns and exchanges will be charged a 15% restocking fee.
For exchanges, please note that if the new item is not in-stock there may be a processing delay of 5-7 days before we are able to ship the exchange. (not including holidays or weekends)
Request a return or exchange by emailing email@example.com within the time frame mentioned above. If the return or exchange is accepted, you will receive an RMA number. Once the RMA number is received, mail your product to:

Please do not ship returns or exchanges without an RMA number to our PO Box, as Return/Exchange merchandise will not be accepted there and will be returned to sender.
Merchandise eligible for return or exchange must be:
- New, unused, unwashed and in good condition;
- Inclusive of all original hangtags, packaging, and components at the time of return or exchange; and
- Accompanied by an original receipt
Janette Dlin Design reserves the right to determine if the item is resalable.
Janette Dlin Design Jewelry Collection Exchanges
Our dog necklaces are exempt from being returned. We will accept exchanges for a different size of the same design only. For larger sizes, a $10 fee for each additional 2 inches in extension will be added.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchange items may have an additional shipping charge and we will contact you for permission to charge for these additional charges.
We always recommend that you should use a trackable shipping service and/or purchasing shipping insurance. We are not responsible for returned packages that are lost or damaged in shipping.
Janette Dlin Design reserves the right to modify its return and exchange policy at any time.
